Who can use CallMeChat

Users must be adults (18+) with the legal capacity to accept a contract in their country. Each person keeps one account and answers for what happens on it.

What CallMeChat provides

CallMeChat offers random one-on-one video calls, follows, private calls with people you follow, messages, coins, gifts, VIP and the Reward Center. Features can change, be added or be removed. Outages can happen despite our efforts, and uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

How you behave on calls

The community guidelines apply to every call. Above all, never:

• Harass, threaten or blackmail anyone.
• Show or ask for sexual content without clear agreement, or involve a minor in anything at all.
• Capture or distribute other callers without permission.
• Advertise, spam, run scams or ask other users for money.
• Impersonate CallMeChat staff or another person.
• Interfere with the service, use bots or try to access other accounts.

Coins, gifts and VIP

Coins, gifts and VIP are digital items that let you use extra features. They carry no cash value, work only inside CallMeChat and stay with the account that bought them. Each price appears before checkout. The free matches and Reward Center rewards we give out, and their amounts, can change at any time. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the rules of your payment method; contact support if a purchase went wrong.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put on CallMeChat, like your profile photo. You give us permission to display and process it as needed to run the service. You must have the right to share anything you upload.

Suspension and termination

Accounts that violate these terms or the community guidelines, or endanger others, may be limited or closed. Leaving is always possible too: request deletion through support whenever you like.

Disclaimers and liability

The people you meet are strangers whose words and actions sit outside our control. CallMeChat comes as is; where the law permits, we carry no liability for how other users behave or for indirect losses. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain untouched.
